Ashley & Elliott worked very hard, were constantly cheerful & polite. As with all work of this nature, minor glitches occur but they resolved these with skill and precision, working well together.

At the end of the day they even offered to help us put the conservatory furniture back in – so helpful.

Geraint appeared next day – fixed the ceiling fan – very efficient, helpful & polite.

All in all the whole experience from start to finish – EXCELLENT!

Considering that before your representative knocked at our front door, we had never heard of Dunraven and don’t usually respond to doorstep callers but we have been really surprised.

From that first caller, all your personnel have been unfailingly polite and helpful. The office staff too deserves high praises for their helpful attitude. Would you care to set up a training programme for some of these other companies who don’t know how to treat customers!
